Town/Walking Students being dropped off at Howe Elementary:
Listed below are a couple of safety measures in regards to your child(ren) attending Howe Elementary:
Please note the Howe Elementary Driveway is closed to traffic except buses from 8:00 – 8:30 and 3:10 – 3:30 as a safety measure for students arriving or leaving Howe Elementary. If you are arriving at Howe during these posted times, please drop off your child(ren) at the crosswalk on SE 2nd Street or use the parking on SE 2nd Street.
Please also note that parents are asked not to drop off students before 8:00 a.m. unless there have been arrangements made with your child’s teacher. Students are not supervised prior to 8:00 a.m. The bench outside the front door is available for anyone to wait if arriving prior to 8:00.
